Now, we know the many foods and treats you shouldn’t eat throughout orthodontic treatment, but there are plenty of other great snacks and dishes you can still enjoy. From soft and warm muffins to buttery pasta, most foods can still be eaten. Take a look at some of our favorite things to eat with braces:

Don’t Forget to Keep Teeth Clean

Regardless of what you eat with braces, it is always important to keep them clean and free of food debris. Brushing and flossing multiple times a day is necessary in protecting your braces from damage.
